“The Kermudgeon” is a registered trade name of Kermodexed, LLC, which owns and operates the site.

The name “Kermudgeon” is a play on the words “curmudgeon” and the name of the site’s founder, TomK, who is sometimes known online as “The Kermudgeon” owing to his (some say) humorous and insightful rants.

Our official launch date was 8 May 2022.
